YEIDA i.e. the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority introduced three schemes under industrial, institutional and mix land use categories. Approximately, 120 plots under these schemes in sector 18, 20, 24, 32 and 60.
The authority took the decision to launch more schemes as the Yamuna Expressway is attracting development and investors both particularly after the opening of bid for developing the Jewar airport.
The applications for the industrial and institutional plots can be submitted online and the forms for mixed land use scheme will be made available at ICICI Bank branches in Delhi-NCR from June 24, officials informed.
Arun Vir Singh, YEIDA CEO said that the authority has introduced three schemes and 20 plots under planned for mixed land use scheme are located in sectors 24 and 24A, 60 plots are planned to developed under industrial land scheme are situated in Sector 32, and nearly 40 plots under institutional land scheme fall in sectors 18, 20 and 22E.
YIEDA CEO further said that the government is emphasizing on industry and employment. The area is witnessing huge investors’ interest especially after the opening of bid for the Jewar airport.
In his recent visit to Greater Noida, UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath had said that the area around the Jewar airport should be developed as an economic city at will be investors and industry-friendly to carry out parallel development work along with the Jewar airport.
Earlier this month, YEIDA sanctioned budget to link the proposed Jewar airport with Greater Noida. The Authority approved Rs. 6,869 crore for the construction of two metro corridors as it will offer smart commutation between these localities.
