Maintained by CIDCO, Kamothe is situated on the Sion Panvel Highway. It is also considered as a third node towards Mumbai. The locality comprises of 48 sectors with some of the best infrastructure facilities and presence of residential projects. Kamothe also enjoys seamless connectivity to the surrounding areas and CBD Belapur via a thriving rail and road network. Mansarovar and Khandeshwar are the major railway stations which pass through this area. Presence of local buses, auto rickshaws, and state-run buses are an added feature to the transportation system of Kamothe. It is also home to some of the best corporate parks, companies etc.

Among all the sectors, sector 25, 26 and 33 are hotspot among the tenant community. One can easily get a 1,2 or 3BHK apartment within 20 thousand per month here. The average rent in these sectors hovers around 9000 to 20,000.


Another node of Navi Mumbai that lies at the edge of Panvel, Ulwe falls in Raigad District. The locality is located close to the proposed Navi Mumbai International Airport due to this the area has gained prominence in recent years. Also, it enjoys smooth connectivity to other surrounding areas via the proposed metro system, local buses, and Bamandongri railway station. Many proposed infrastructural developments like sea link and Seawoods-Uran railway line is attracting people to rent flats here.

Ulwe also houses prominent sport complex, leading schools and renowned hospitals. Sector 8,9,17 and 19 are most suited among the tenant community. A 1 BHK flat is available at a rent of Rs 7000, while a 2 and 3 BHK apartment has a rental of 11,000 and 19,500 respectively.


Another important node of Navi Mumbai, Kharghar is a well-developed locality, maintained by CIDCO. Banging on Sion-Panvel Highway, Kharghar in recent time has seen a lot of infrastructural development that made this area hot favourite among rental population. It is also located adjacent to Central Business District (Belapur) and beautiful Kharghar Hills. Kharghar is also home to many picturesque tourist attractions along with renowned educational institutions like NIFT, Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering, Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Architecture, Apeejay, Greenfingers Global School, DAV etc. It also boasts many entertainment centres, malls, botanical gardens, amphitheater, and theme parks.

Due to well-developed infrastructure, Kharghar has attracted many leading developers who have developed their projects here. Some projects are also in the under-construction stage. Kharghar has its own railway station that lies on the central line of the suburban railway. One can also commute easily via local buses.

Sector 10, 19 and 20 are major rental hotspots in Kharghar. A 2 BHK will cost around Rs 18,000.
