Good news for home buyers, who have invested in various projects of Noida and Greater Noida, as the concerned authorities released a statement recently in which they promised to deliver nearly 50,000 flats in next three months. Officials of Noida, Greater Noida, and Yamuna Expressway authorities said that all these projects have received their completion certificates and a formal announcement would be made in a meeting with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in the coming week.
Last year in September, the CM had directed officials to ensure the delivery of the 50,000 houses in Noida and Greater Noida within a few months. Giving more details about the briefing, CEO, Noida Authority, Alok Tandon said that a meeting was held on June 30 to review the preparations for the CM’s visit.
Further, he said, “We received intimation that the chief minister will visit Noida in the first week of July. He may give the keys to a group of homebuyers on the occasion.”
About issuing of completion certificates, Tandon said that the Noida, Greater Noida and Yamuna Authority has given completion certificates to nearly 16,000 flats, 28,000, and 6,000 flats respectively. “There are nearly 25 developers whose projects have completed and its certificates delivered. A group of developers also participated in the meeting and they were told about the CM’s programme. The Authority has also appointed nodal officers with each developer for coordination.” added Tandon.
Partha Sarthi Sen Sharma, CEO Greater Noida has also informed that they have issued completion certificates for most of the projects.
In order to relief home buyers, the state government had formed a committee last year August. It comprises of Industries Minister Satish Mahana, Urban Housing Minister Suresh Khanna and Minister of state (independent charge) of Cane Development and Sugar Mills Suresh Rana. It was decided that they will jointly look into this matter.
