The development work will also include building essential amenities like retaining walls, check dams, storm, water drain, utility provisions, roadside green stretch, pedestrian walkways and bridges.

The project will be based upon a self-revenue generating model and both NBCC and MDDA [Mussoorie Dehradun Development Authority] will share the profit after selling off project’s commercial units.

However, in Rajasthan, NBCC [National Building Construction Corporation] will build 250 flats under type I category in an estimated size of 2,500 sq. ft. each. NBCC will also develop and sell two commercial blocks in order to regain the construction cost of the flats that are planned to be built for the officials.

The National Building Construction Corporation [NBCC] is likely to redevelop more than five colonies in South Delhi area which includes Sarojini Nagar and Nauroji Nagar. NBCC is also likely to get approval from the Delhi High Court to get the redevelopment work done while abiding by the rules and regulations.
