NCLT i.e. National Company Law Tribunal commenced insolvency proceedings against Sikka Infrastructure Private Limited, a well-known developer in the national capital region who is approaching towards bankruptcy.

The NCLT made a public announcement recently and informed that the insolvency proceeding has begun against the realtor and 22nd July is the estimated date of closing for this resolution procedure.

Anup Kumar is appointed as the Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) in this case.

The creditors can submit their complaints along with relevant proofs to Anup Kumar latest by 9th February. The tribunal also shared the details of his chamber and email id to help the creditors in filing complaints.

The details of all forms and authorized representatives are uploaded on the website The functional creditors have to use ‘Form B’ to claim their money while ‘Form C’ should be used by the financial creditors only. In the same way, ‘Form D’ is offered to be used by workmen and employees, ‘Form E’ is for the use of authorized representative of workmen and employees, ‘Form F’ is available for creditors other than financial or operational creditors to claim their money.

Lastly, ‘Form CA’ is also available on the website.
