Rewards and Recognition Leading real estate consultancy firm Investors Clinic has recently conducted one of the biggest reward and recognition event in the history of the Realty market. During the event, the company felicitated its employees with 50 cars, 25 bikes, 350 tabs/I-pads/ laptops and incentives worth INR 6 crores for their hard work and phenomenal performance.  

Despite the slowdown in the real estate market, IC appreciated employee contribution to the company. The ‘Historical Rewards and Recognition Award’ (R&R) was organised at the International Expo center in Noida. With this event, the company tried to motivate the employees who played a crucial role in generating business and gave exemplary work performance during trying times.

Speaking at the event, Honeyy Katiyal, Founder Investors Clinic said, “This is one of the biggest R&R events conducted in the real estate market till date. With this event, we wanted to set an example in the complete real estate sector. These events provide a stimulating environment to employees; which in turn fosters result-oriented, high-performance working culture.
