Good news for Delhiites as in a recent development, Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has started online services of as many as 33 facilities for the residents. So now, there is no need to waste your time standing in a long queue to complete a small work.

According to DDA’s spokesperson, 33 forms related to various services are now available online on the authority’s website. These services include booking of sites, conversion of different types of properties, sports complex membership, staff-related schemes, RWA requests etc. All these forms are available at the public forms section of the website. The form has been designed in such a way that you don’t have to mingle up with different forms. All you have to do is to just fill this one form.

He further said, “For lodging complaints about unauthorised construction or encroachment on government land, for Special Task Force and for monitoring the same, an online portal,, has also been designed and developed for the general public and nodal and grid officers of various organisations.”

Moreover, the authority is also in talks with an external agency to set up a call centre that will solve issues and queries of the residents so that they don’t have to visit the office again and again. The back-end operations will be managed by DDA officials only.

Giving information on the same, a senior DDA official said, “The hardware and technology department will remain with the DDA and be taken care by the information technology department, on the other hand, the public relations department will look after the training of customer care executives who will handle the calls.”
