The famous HUDA City Centre metro station is at a walking distance from this locality. As it is one of the oldest and developed residential areas in Gurgaon, there is nothing which one can complaint about.

Traffic congestion during the peak hours is very natural but that is about all the developed locations in Gurgaon. The locality has residential plots priced in the range of Rs 70,000-80,000 per sq yard, open for sale. The average size of plots is from 200-300 sq yard, and thus you need to have a budget of around Rs 2 crore to secure your place in this high-potential locality.

This locality is adjacent to South City I. If you have a budget of around Rs 1.5 crore, you can get some great opportunities to own a home at this posh location.

The prices of residential properties in Sushant Lok are although above Rs 12,000 per sq ft, there are some great options available in the form of large independent floors spread in over 2,000-2,500 sq ft.

Because these are large properties, the ticket size has been adjusted by sellers in order to get the deal done. Thus, you can expect a handful of properties selling at a range of Rs 6,600-8,500 per sq ft.
